Damz Cosmetics – Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery

  • All items purchased will be dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday) upon receipt of payment.

  • All orders are sent via fully tracked services for your peace of mind:

    • UK Deliveries – Royal Mail “Tracked 48”

    • International Deliveries – Royal Mail “International Tracked” or “International Tracked & Signed”

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch

  • UK: 2–3 working days

  • Europe: 5–7 working days

  • Worldwide: 10–15 working days

If delivery is not possible within 14 days (UK orders), we will contact you with an update. You may choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 5 working days of your order and provide alternatives or an estimated restock date.

While most orders arrive within the stated times, please allow at least 15 working days before contacting us about a delayed delivery, as Royal Mail requires this time frame before opening an investigation.

Incorrect Delivery Details

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to collect the parcel after attempted delivery, a refund will be issued for the product(s) only. Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, Damz Cosmetics will ensure either a replacement or full refund.

Important Note

We use Royal Mail for deliveries and cannot pass on specific delivery instructions (e.g., “leave in porch”). Please leave a note for your postman if necessary.

You will receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email – after your purchase (receipt & payment confirmation).

  2. Dispatch Confirmation Email – once your order has been shipped.


Returns

We value your satisfaction and handle returns fairly, while maintaining strict hygiene standards for cosmetic products.

  • Return Window: 30 days after receiving your item.

  • Condition: Item must be unused, unopened, with original packaging and tags. For hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned.

  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation is required.

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products (due to hygiene & safety)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note: it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (or the last item in the case of multiple orders) for a full refund.

  • You must take reasonable care of the goods. We may deduct an amount if items are returned damaged or unnecessarily handled.

  • Returns must be sent at your own cost, unless the item was delivered in error or is faulty.

  • Once cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
