1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for items that meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or haircare products.
Items marked as final sale.
Gift cards or promotional items.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where and how to send your package.
You’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Once verified, we’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
