6. Orders & Payments
6.1 Orders are confirmed only when payment has been received in full.
6.2 If payment is not received within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled.
6.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
7.2 Delivery times (after dispatch):
UK: 2–3 working days
Europe: 5–7 working days
Worldwide: 10–15 working days
7.3 Delivery delays caused by Royal Mail or international couriers are outside our control. Please allow at least 15 working days before raising a missing delivery claim.
7.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. If parcels are returned, refunds will cover product cost only (not shipping).
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
8.1 You may cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations within 14 days of receiving your goods.
8.2 To cancel, you must notify us by email within this period.
8.3 Products must be returned in their original, unused, unopened condition with all packaging and tags. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty products, skincare, or cosmetics.
8.4 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via the original payment method.
8.5 If items are returned used, damaged, or without packaging, we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect loss in value.
8.6 Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.

9.1 While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all website information is current, complete, or error-free.
9.2 We accept no liability for loss or damage resulting from use of this website, except where required by law.
