At Damz Cosmetics, we take pride in providing quality skincare and beauty products. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Warranty and Returns Policy below.
1. Product Warranty
1.1 All Damz Cosmetics products are covered by a 14-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
1.2 This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — such as damaged packaging or faulty dispensers.
1.3 Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:
Misuse or improper storage
Accidental damage after delivery
Allergic reactions (please review ingredients carefully before use)
Normal wear, tear, or changes due to exposure (e.g., heat, humidity)
If you believe your item is defective, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt with clear photos and your order details.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Returned within 14 days of delivery
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
2.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used beauty and skincare items
Products missing their original packaging, seals, or labels
Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale
3. Return Procedure
3.1 To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] with:
Your full name and order number
The reason for the return
Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
3.2 Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
3.3 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
4. Refunds or Replacements
4.1 Approved returns will be refunded within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
4.2 Alternatively, customers may request a replacement item of equal value (subject to availability).
4.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened skincare, makeup, or haircare products
